Licence Agreement: Your access to binleysonline is being provided to you because your organisation has subscribed to a licence to provide you access to this service or you have been provided free access as a trial user of this service for evaluation purposes.

The subscriber licence imposes certain restrictions and limitations on our liability if you rely on the information contained in binleysonline. It also specifies what the end user may do with the information contained in binleysonline.

For the sake of clarity, we have reproduced some of the most important clauses here for your reference. These reproduced terms constitute the form of a new licence between us as the service provider and you as the end user. This end user licence applies to all users of the service whether trial or subscription.

Before proceeding to use binleysonline you must agree to the following terms and conditions of use.

  1. Binley's may vary this agreement at any time:
    1. Changes to this end user licence will be notified to you via binleysonline
    2. You will be given the option of accepting or not accepting changes to this licence
  2. As an end user you agree not to:
    1. Breach our copyright
    2. Use the information contained within binleysonline to create any mailing list
    3. Copy the information into any database management application
    4. Copy the information into any mailing management application
    5. Allow unauthorised persons to view or in any way use binleysonline data
  3. As an end user you agree:
    1. Binley's data is copyright protected and owned exclusively by Wilmington Healthcare Ltd. or our licensors
    2. That Wilmington Healthcare Ltd. may from time to time at its own discretion and without notice change the functionality and content of the service
    3. That no assertions or guarantees are made as to the reliability of data contained within binleysonline and that you accept that Wilmington Healthcare Ltd. accepts no liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damages caused to you the end user as a consequence of using this service
    4. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with English Law
